The chiller sends warm water and it contains the heat needed to dissipate. The hot water is distributed over packaging within the cooler which loses heat , and eventually falls towards the bottom before settling in the basin. The water is transported back into the chiller. There, the water will eventually pick up heat again and then be sent back via the exact process.
